Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some common questions we receive about our equipment rental services.
For any additional inquiries, please feel free to reach out to us directly via the Contact page.
Are your rentals clean?
Yes! All of our equipment is cleaned and thoroughly disinfected. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
Is a deposit required?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your event. Final payment is due 7 days before your rental date.
What if I need to cancel?
If canceling at least 14 days in advance, you will receive a full refund. If canceling 7 to 14 days of the event, 50% can be refunded. If canceling within 7 days of the rental date, no refund will be issued. All rental items require a non-refundable 50% deposit because once you place the order, the items are reserved and cannot be rented out to any other customer.
What payments do you take?
Cash, all major credit cards, money orders, cashier's checks and checks from schools, churches, or corporations with a valid tax ID.
What is your weather cancelation policy?
Outdoor events must be postponed if inclement weather poses a risk. If you feel either is a concern please contact us 48 hours in advance or more of your rental reservation time to discuss your concerns. Payments are non-refundable but can be transferred to any future rental within 6 months. We will work with you to reschedule based on the availability of the item.
What are your hours of delivery?
Our hours of delivery and pick ups are from 9am-8pm. Any deliveries or pick ups made before or after are subject to additional fees.
Can I pick up the equipment?
No, we bring the fun to you. We provide setup and teardown on site. We do not allow customers to pick up equipment.
What is your delivery area?
We are located in Stafford, Virginia and deliver within the county and to the surrounding areas. We charge a fee of $.99 per mile round trip for delivery outside a 10 mile radius of the business location in North Stafford. The fee is included in the invoice.
Do I have to be home when you deliver or pick up my rentals?
Yes. Someone needs to be on site that is authorized to sign and explain to the crew where the items will be setup or staged. You also need to be present during pickup because you are still liable that all equipment is accounted for and not damaged upon pick-up.
What happens if we damage a piece of rental equipment while it is in our possession?
Security of the rental equipment is your responsibility! Equipment must be protected from theft and weather-related damage while in your possession! You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our equipment. However, if damage occurs due to negligence, you will be responsible for the damages. A $100 damage deposit is required for the inflatable soccer billiards to cover possible damage. For all other rentals, you will be charged the replacement cost of any damaged or missing items.
