Submit your request with your event date, time, and location using our online form or by phone. We’ll follow up quickly with availability and a custom quote.
Step 2
Submit Your Booking Request
Step 3
Confirm & Pay
​
Once availability is confirmed, we’ll send you a rental agreement and invoice. A deposit of 50% secures your booking. Final payment is due 7 days before your rental date.​
Step 4
We Deliver the Fun

Our team brings the equipment to your location, handles setup, and provides a quick orientation if needed. After your event, we return to pack everything up—no hassle, no cleanup for you!
Standard Rental Duration: Each rental covers a minimum of 2 hours and up to 4 hours of event time plus setup and teardown. Extended time is available at an hourly rate. Additional hours can be added during booking.

Delivery & Setup: We offer delivery, setup, and takedown for events within Stafford County, Virginia and surrounding areas. Setup occurs 30–120 minutes before your event window depending on the number of games and complexity of setup.
